FT-IR spectroscopy - efficiently than ever before:
Get to know the ALPHA by Bruker Optik

The use of modern technology and the innovative and simple operating concept to reduce the operating costs of the Alphas significant relative to conventional FT-IR spectrometer systems. The ALPHA is compact revolutionary (A4 Size) and can therefore be used where previously no place for a FT-IR spectrometer was available, for example, directly in a trigger. The ALPHA offers full flexibility and samples provides reliable and robust data analysis - just as you would expect from Bruker.

Economical

In the ALPHA FT-IR spectrometer latest laser diode technology is used.Unlike traditional HeNe laser diodes to achieve a longer service life many times. Together with the revolutionary simple operating concept are thus reduced the FT-IR operating costs.

Small

The new FT-IR spectrometer ALPHA requires only an extremely small percentage of the valuable work space in your laboratory. It only takes just one as much space as an A4 sheet. In addition, the ALPHA is universally applicable and with about 7 kg a "lightweight", which you can use in different places in your laboratory.

Simply

With the ALPHA FT-IR analysis are easier than ever and virtually everyone has become feasible. The OPUS / Mentor software guides you step by step through the measurement, processing, analysis and documentation. The intuitive user interface allows you to use your time wisely: with an analysis of your sample - not with the acquisition of equipment operation!

Strong

The interferometer is the heart of each FT-IR spectrometer, and the basis for the quality of analytical data. The ALPHA is based on Bruker's patented Rock Solid interferometer, which is used in both the FT-IR spectrometers and VERTEX TENSOR series and in our robust spectrometers for process analysis.

Flexible

The ALPHA offers full flexibility in choosing the method of measurement. Depending on the nature of your sample you can choose between Transmission, attenuated total reflection (ATR) directed or diffuse reflection. The QuickSnap sampling modules can be replaced quickly and easily, so you can analyze with the ALPHA all types of samples (gases, liquids and solids).
